Use of research and documentation strategies learned in TRNSLTN 707 to translate legal, financial, medical, and technical texts from Spanish to English, gist translation and self-assessment skills.

Prerequisites: graduate standing and SPANISH 707(P), or graduate credit in SPANISH 347(P), or consent of Translation Program Director.

Course Rules: Counts as repeat of SPANISH 717. Not open for credit to students with graduate credit in SPANISH 447.
