Use of research and documentation strategies learned in TRNSLTN 706 to translate legal, financial, medical, and technical texts from French to English, gist translation and self-assessment skills.

Prerequisites: graduate standing or consent of instructor.

Course Rules: FRENCH 716 and TRNSLTN 716 are jointly offered; they count as repeats of one another.
