Basic skills necessary for professional translation. Translation of texts from Spanish into English. Summarzing texts; sight translation.

Prerequisites: graduate standing and SPANISH 308(P) or equivalent.

Course Rules: Counts as a repeat of TRNSLTN 707. Not open for cr to students with graduate credit in SPANISH 347.
