Introduction to research. Independent and original study conducted under the direction of a faculty or staff member.

Prerequisites: junior standing, BIO SCI 383(P), 2.5 GPA, and written consent of instructor, department chair, and assistant dean for student academic services

Course Rules: May be retaken to 6 cr max. Does not count as a biological sciences lab course.
